The details

Before
you begin.

Is the course part of the app?

Yes. The 26-week course, meal plan and guides are all inside the Little Course mobile app. You can follow along, read ahead or revisit a chapter.

How does the plan adapt?

The responses you save help shape future meal and fruit choices, within your course stage and family’s food settings. The plan keeps variety, texture guidance and allergen planning in view. Repeated patterns matter more than a single “not today”. Plain-language explanations and recaps help you understand the choices and what you’ve recorded. A meal rating does not establish allergen tolerance or feeding readiness.

Can I change the meals?

Yes. Choose compatible alternatives for your course stage and preferences. Your shopping list follows your choices.

Does it include spoon-feeding and finger foods?

Both are included, with preparation and serving guidance beside each recipe.

What does allergen planning do?

The plan brings introductions and repeat offers into view, with a place to record what you’ve offered. It does not diagnose allergies or replace individual clinical advice.

Can parents and carers share a plan?

Shared access for parents and carers is planned. We’ll share availability as development progresses.

When can I download Little Course?

Little Course is coming to iPhone and Android. Launch dates and pricing will be announced here.

      Serving your baby

      Readiness & texture

      Preparation & allergens

      Keeping any leftovers

Discard any food left on your baby’s plate. If reheating an untouched portion, reheat only once until hot throughout, then cool before serving. NHS storage guidance ↗

Keep your baby alert, seated upright and closely supervised. Check the food’s softness and temperature before serving.

      Research & references

      The guidance
      behind the course.

The course and guides draw on public NHS, SACN and WHO feeding references. The 26-week sequence is Little Course’s own learning structure; individual readiness and professional advice still matter.

Independent clinical review is pending. Source references do not imply endorsement.
